Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Sessions

All sessions must be booked in advance through the online scheduling system. Session details, duration, and pricing are clearly outlined at the time of booking.

Payment

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking

• Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout

• All prices are listed in the stated currency

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance

• Late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions

• No-shows are non-refundable

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings.

Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are not provided for missed or completed sessions.

Session Packages (If Applicable)

• Packages must be used within the stated timeframe

• Sessions are non-transferable

• Unused sessions may expire
