FAQs
How do I know which offering is right for me?
1
Rather than trying to figure this out intellectually, I encourage you to notice what resonates in your body as you read through the offerings.
Each container serves a different purpose:
Your Path is a 1:1 space for returning to yourself — stabilizing, orienting, and reconnecting to inner safety and truth.
The Royal Blueprint is a group initiation for women ready to embody authority, strength, and sovereignty.
The Royal Decode offers deep clarity through Human Design and Gene Keys.
Neurological Integration supports embodiment and subconscious reprogramming.
Genius Biofeedback provides frequency-based nervous system and biofield support.
You don’t need to choose the “best” option — just the one that feels most alive or relieving right now. Clarity often emerges through resonance, not analysis.
Do I need prior experience with healing, spirituality, or nervous system work?
2
No prior experience is required.
This work does not depend on spiritual beliefs, special language, or having done “enough” inner work already. What matters most is your willingness to be present, honest, and respectful of your own pacing.
Whether this is your first step or a continuation of a longer journey, the work meets you where you are — without expectation or hierarchy.
Is this therapy or medical treatment?
3
No. This work is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and it does not diagnose or treat mental or physical conditions.
What I offer in my intuitive and channelled guidance is educational, experiential, and embodiment-based support that works alongside — not in place of — professional medical or mental health care.
If you are navigating acute mental health challenges, trauma crisis, or medical concerns, I encourage you to seek appropriate licensed support.
What if I feel nervous, scared, or uncertain about beginning?
4
Feeling nervous at the edge of change is very common — and often meaningful.
For many people, fear doesn’t signal danger; it signals importance. It’s a natural nervous system response when something touches identity, truth, or growth.
You are never asked to override yourself here. There is no rush, pressure, or expectation to push past your limits. You’re invited to move at a pace that feels grounded and sustainable.
Sometimes the most regulated choice is to wait.
Sometimes it’s to take a gentle step forward.
Both are valid.
5
Will I be expected to share personal details in group spaces?
No. Sharing is always optional.
In group containers, presence is enough. Listening is participation. You are welcome to engage in the way that feels safest and most respectful of your nervous system.
There is no forced vulnerability, no pressure to perform, and no expectation to disclose more than you choose. Your boundaries are honored.
6
How is your work different from traditional coaching or programs?
This work is nervous-system informed, embodiment-based, and non-performative.
There is no pushing for outcomes, no motivational pressure, and no “fixing” of who you are. Instead, the focus is on:
regulation before expansion
awareness before action
embodiment before strategy
Change is supported from the inside out — so it can be integrated and sustained, rather than forced.
7
What kind of results can I expect?
Results vary for each person, and no outcomes are guaranteed.
That said, many clients experience:
increased clarity and self-trust
greater emotional regulation
calmer decision-making
reduced internal conflict
a stronger sense of embodied confidence
inner peace and joy
Transformation here is not about becoming someone new — it’s about allowing what’s already true to become more livable, stable, and accessible over time.

Financial Investment
Many people resist investment not because they don’t want transformation, but because deep down their nervous system has equated money with fear, scarcity, or safety threats. The invitation here is to re-frame that — money is energy exchanged for value. When you choose to invest in yourself, you are signaling to your own system:
“I value my growth. I value my truth. I’m willing to show up.”
Pricing isn’t about exclusion — it’s about creating space for change. Offering higher value creates an opportunity for deeper transformation. Paying isn’t a burden — it’s a threshold of commitment. It marks a choice to step into your expansion rather than cling to old patterns of avoidance.
Receiving also matters. Part of abundance is learning how to receive without guilt or hesitation, because generosity flows best when both giving and receiving are respected.
When you invest — whether in a session, a program, or your own embodiment — you’re not buying validation. You’re participating in your own evolution. Those who invest often experience it more fully simply because investment aligns the conscious mind and nervous system with change — and that alignment is where true transformation lives.
